Do I need to disconnect the appliance first?

No — we handle standard disconnections (water, drain and plug). For gas appliances we ask that the line is shut off before arrival.

Is there a fee for refrigerators?

Fridges and freezers carry a small recycling surcharge because refrigerant must be legally recovered. Your upfront quote includes everything.

Can you remove an appliance the same day my new one arrives?
